Liam Farrell is a director in our business services team.
Liam is one of the directors responsible for overseeing the non-audit accounts and compliance side of the practice, specialising in providing services to a diverse range of clients ranging from small sole traders to larger corporate entities and Charities.
Liam has significant experience in working with clients in various sectors, including Wholesale & distribution, Retail & Hospitality, Technology, Manufacturing, Property development, Agriculture, Professional services, and the Charity sector.
Skills & Experience
Liam oversees the provision of compliance services to clients under Irish GAAP and IFRS, for non-corporate clients, domestic companies, Irish subsidiaries of multinational groups and Irish holding companies with foreign subsidiaries abroad. Liam prepares accounts in accordance with Charities SORP.
Over the years Liam has gained experience in accounting, management accounts, financial planning & the preparation of budget forecasts, personal & corporate taxation and Irish company law. This experience has assisted both large & small, corporate & non-corporate clients during start-up, acquisition and growth phases. Liam has also advised clients in the charity sector on governance issues.
Liam has delivered CPD lectures internally on tax and accounts compliance matters and externally on the Charities Act 2009.
Qualifications
