David is a partner on the corporate finance team.

David has a genuine interest in working with entrepreneurial clients. He believes in taking time to understand his client’s businesses and challenges so that he can provide optimal solutions and assist them in achieving their goals and satisfying their requirements.

David’s breadth of knowledge and experience allows him to identify creative approaches where appropriate, whether by way of a debt or equity funded deal or another bespoke approach. He focuses on working closely with his clients and building long-standing trusted relationships as an all-round business advisor.

Skills & Experience

His experience includes M&A advisory (acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, capital raisings and restructuring) and debt structuring, arranging and investing (senior debt, leverage finance, mezzanine debt and syndicated corporate debt).

David has a wealth of deal experience having worked in leading professional services firms and banks where he successfully advised clients ranging from global private equity houses and large corporates to privately owned businesses and management teams. He has built a reputation for delivering successful outcomes across a wide range of sectors, including multiple-award-winning deals.
