Conor O’Rourke

Experience

Conor O’Rourke is an Associate Director within Azets Irelands Corporate Finance Department. Conor joined Azets Ireland (formerly PKF O’Connor Leddy Holmes) in 2020, having trained in a Big Four firm.

Conor is experienced in the provision of transaction support particularly due diligence and related services. He has supported clients in successfully completing significant transactions, providing advice on the buy-side and sell-side of transactions and as well as valuations, fundraising and M&A.

Sector experience

Conor has extensive experience advising clients, both in Ireland and internationally, across a wide variety of sectors. He has provided advice to clients on both sell-side and buy-side mandates, financial due diligence, valuations, and M&A across areas such as insurance brokers, transportation industry, wholesale distributors, industrial manufacturing, technology and professional services.

Conor is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and holds Master of Accounting from the National University of Galway, and a Diploma in Corporate Finance from the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
