To date, I have been involved in a wide number of projects and have worked closely with all levels of staff from trainees to a partner. When I was training, I was in a department that was very niche and focused on one area of tax. What I like most about working here is that every day is different and you are challenged from day one. I have the opportunity to work on a number of different projects from Income Tax to Transaction Advisory projects. As a newly qualified CTA, it is great to have the support of more senior members who have once been in my shoes. I am still learning every day; the firm really encourage professional development which is important to me.

One thing I particularly enjoy about working at Azets is the balance of being part of a large organisation with access to great resources, whilst also being part of an office that has a diverse range of teams and specialisms, but small enough that everyone has the chance to work with everyone in their team on different jobs. Despite having been with Azets for less than a year, I have already worked with most of our audit team and have formed some strong relationships across the office. There seems to be a real culture of helping each other to develop as individuals and as a team. The flexibility around working hours and locations also means that everyone can have a working pattern that suits them and gets the best out of them.
