Mark is a partner in the Firm’s Fund Management department and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Goodbody EIIS Funds. The Funds are a joint venture between Azets Ireland and Goodbody Stockbrokers
The Funds have successfully raised and successfully invested €80m in a range of Irish SMEs using the EIIS tax relief scheme. Over the past seven years, the Funds have invested across the following industries, including: Renewable Energy, Construction, Transport & Logistics, Storage, Software, Pharmaceuticals, and others.
Mark has over 10 years’ experience in operating and managing all aspects of designated investment funds managers and sits of the Board of Directors of the Fund Manager, which oversees the strategic direction and investments made by the Funds.
Mark is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from UCD. He has recently completed the Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) qualification with the LIA.
