Kevin joined Azets in January 2023, prior to that he had over 11 years experience working in corporate tax at PwC. He has worked with a broad range of multi-national and Irish headquartered companies in a variety of industries, including Technology, Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences, Construction, Retail and Finance.
Kevin has extensive experience advising on international tax planning, tax risk and controversy, Revenue appeals, group restructuring and reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions and due diligence. Kevin has advised on a broad range of issues arising in the setting up, maintenance and unwind of intellectual property, financing and holding company structures. Kevin is solutions-focused and seeks practical, sustainable solutions to tax issues.
